Queens Gate Terrace
This beautiful penthouse has been created from thin air after we purchased the rooftop space on a small residential block of flats. We have had a lot of fun with this development as well as a myriad of construction difficulties which were finally resolved thanks to a great contractor - assisted by our broader team of specialists. The apartment exudes a beautiful sense of calm and serenity. It has been designed as a fairly neutral space so that the potential purchaser would have the opportunity to make their own personal contributions, whilst there are also some strong elements such as the gorgeous Calacatta Violetta marble in the kitchen.
Bedford Road
A beautiful Godwin house in the renowned Bedford Park area of Chiswick. The house needed a complete overhaul and was stripped back to the bones. Some rooms were reconfigured for modern living within the constraints of the Grade II listing. New roof, wiring, plumbing, floors, architraves, kitchen and bathrooms were added. The finished result was one of the most beautiful homes in Chiswick and much loved and admired.
Randolph Avenue
This house had been carved up into 10 bedsits and was in a dire state when we decided to rescue it and return it to the 5 bedroom home it had once been. Absolutely everything went and was replaced with a minimalist and sleek design that still honoured the original victorian house and provided a beautiful modern home for a very happy young family.
